Almost everyone knows at least a handful of people on the web. Surely, you do too! Well, that’s your first dozen or even a hundred contacts whom you can approach with (hopefully) less trepidation than any stranger!

These are the natural FIRST prospects for you. Even if all they do is give you feedback, that too is priceless. And who knows, some of them may well be in the market for some of the products or services you offer!

Construct a short, friendly, business-like but unpretentious email and ask them for their support. Or, perhaps, combine that with a request to pass your email on to THEIR friends. Only in that case make sure you got your email signature right!
